Every arrangement is prepared by hand and confirmed through consultation. These terms are here to make the order process easier to understand before payment and production begin.

Orders and confirmation
All orders begin as a consultation. Design, timing, availability, approximate pricing, and delivery details are discussed before any arrangement is prepared.
An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been received.

Payment
Full payment is required to confirm an order.
Payment is made through the method agreed during consultation. The website does not provide a self-serve checkout, and production begins only after payment is completed.

Customization and product accuracy
Each arrangement is custom-made.
Customers may request specific colors, styles, or references, but exact replication cannot be guaranteed because flower availability, materials, and seasonality vary.
When substitutions are necessary, the overall look and quality of the arrangement remain the priority.
Images, categories, and listed prices on the website are provided as reference until the final details are confirmed through consultation.

Delivery
Delivery is available across Batam.
Delivery timing may vary depending on order volume, distance, courier availability, and preparation time. Same-day delivery is possible only when confirmed.
If the recipient is unavailable, we will contact the customer to decide the next step. Once the order has been successfully delivered, our delivery responsibility is considered fulfilled.

Changes and cancellations
Changes may be requested before production begins, depending on feasibility and timing.
Cancellations may be accepted before preparation starts. Once the arrangement is in progress or completed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case.
If an issue arises from our side, we will review it and resolve it appropriately. Refunds are not generally applicable for preference changes, recipient unavailability, or circumstances outside our control.

Timing and urgent orders
Standard arrangements can often be prepared within a short timeframe, depending on the design.
Urgent or same-day requests depend on material availability, current workload, and scheduling. Feasibility is always confirmed first.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that all arrangements are handcrafted and may include slight natural variation. Our aim is to deliver each piece with care, consistency, and a result that still feels true to the request.
